Apply to be listed
Send your agency website, a short introduction and links to delivered Payload projects. Tell us which parts your team handled. A partner profile or public repository is helpful too.
We review submissions against the directory’s published criteria. Applications are free. Inclusion depends on relevant work and supporting sources; submitting an application does not guarantee a listing or a particular position.

Already listed? Email us from your agency’s domain with your name, role and the profile you represent. Include any updates and the links that support them.
We verify your authority before accepting changes. A claim establishes a contact for the listing; it does not create an account, give automatic editing access or change the agency’s position. Profiles remain editorially maintained by WAYF.

You do not need to claim a profile to report an error or a rights concern. Send the page URL, the item concerned and the correction or action you’re requesting. We may ask for supporting information.
If you offer a replacement logo or image, include the owner’s name, required credit and written permission for its use in the directory and its downloadable shortlists. Please do not send confidential client material.
